Hawke's Bay Squash Frequently Asked Questions

- Membership fees are due 12 months following the date when you joined. 

- Courts are available 24/7

- Public visitors are welcome to play at Hawkes Bay Squash Club, just click “public visitor” when confirming your booking. This will incur a fee of $7.50.

- If you misplace your membership card notify the office for a replacement. 

- The competitive season runs from the first week of April through to mid September. In this time players can compete in the local Inter-Club competition and in weekend tournaments held around the country. 

- Every year teams train toward Eliminations – a round robin tournament to determine the strongest team to represent the district in each grade at the National tournament. 

- Coaching is available to everyone. The club has many experienced players who are happy and willing to pass their knowledge to anyone keen enough to learn. 

- Club nights are Fridays from 6pm, with the courts open to the public. This is a great chance to come down for a hit, try the game and meet some club members. 

- Pennence will begin in October. This features 7 person teams which you will be placed into.
